We are seeking an SDR responsible for delivering highly qualified, sales ready opportunities to the CEO.
Excellent commercial skills, analytical mentality and integrity are essential to your performance. You will be measured on your ability to consistently meet targets by generating new leads and booking intro meetings.

- Fluent English speaker required, with a second European language (e.g. German) a bonus
- A motivated and driven person who has the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent verbal communication skills and solid relationship building ability
- Organised, analytical and passionate approach to sales
- You should be ambitious and able to work independently
- Quick learner, with a can-do-attitude
- Experience in Lead generation preferred, but not required.
- Working directly with some of the world's largest industry leaders to identify, qualify, pursue, and deliver business opportunities.
- Contacting and developing connections to generate leads.
- Understanding the business drivers and relevant topics in the industry and apply these concepts to drive up engagement.
- Cold calling, cold emailing, giving demonstrations, appointment setting.
- Researching and using online tools to assist in the sales process.
The role is based at our new offices in Zofingen, Switzerland (near Olten 40 min from Zurich, Basel, Bern or Luzern). There is the possibility to work location independent or as a part-time role, if you have sufficient experience as an SDR.
